Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer sliding scale or reduced fees?

Yes, we have a limited number of sliding scale spots available for clients who would not otherwise be able to access somatic coaching. Please mention this in your inquiry if you're seeking reduced-rate support.

Do you work with clients outside the United States?

Yes, we work with clients virtually worldwide. For in-person sessions, we're based in Florida and can serve clients locally when capacity allows.

Can you help me find a therapist or other support?

Absolutely. If during our initial conversation it becomes clear that another form of support would be more appropriate for your needs, we're happy to provide referrals to therapists, medical providers, or other professionals.

What's the difference between somatic coaching and therapy?

Somatic coaching is body-based, present-focused, and oriented toward building capacity and awareness. Therapy is clinical work that often addresses mental health diagnoses, past trauma processing, and psychological treatment. Both are valuable, and many people benefit from working with both a therapist and a somatic coach simultaneously.

How long do people typically work with you?

There's no set timeline. Some people work together for a few months to address specific needs, while others choose to work together longer-term for ongoing support. We'll check in regularly about whether this work continues to serve you.

Do you offer group sessions or workshops?

Group offerings are in development. If you're interested in group work, please mention this in your inquiry and we'll keep you informed when group offerings become available.
