What is Somatic Coaching?

Somatic life coaching at Roots to Resolve centers the nervous system — how it responds to stress, power, change, and relationship. Rather than starting with mindset or behavior, this work begins with sensation, awareness, and regulation.

Somatic coaching is body-based and experiential. It's about learning to notice what's happening in your body — the tensions, the patterns of holding, the signals of safety and threat — and developing greater capacity to respond with awareness rather than automatic reactivity.
